Super Easy PEACH COBBLER

I know I've mentioned this before, but my FAVORITE recipes, are always going to be easy and quick.  That's why I love this recipe!

Super Easy Peach Cobbler
Items Needed:
Medium sized mixing bowl
Glass baking dish (mine is a 9 inch round casserole dish, 2 quart)
Ingredients:
Large can of sliced peaches in heavy syrup
1 stick of butter
1 cup of flour
1 cup of sugar
3/4 cup of milk
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Place stick of butter in Glass Baking dish and melt in microwave.
While the butter melts, mix flour, sugar, and milk in mixing bowl.
Remove Glass Baking Dish from Microwave and add the mixture to it. DO NOT MIX IT WITH THE BUTTER, JUST POUR IT IN!
Pour the can of peaches in the dish (do not mix, just pour it in).
Optional: If you wish you can sprinkle some cinnamon on top, you can, but it's not necessary.
Pop in oven until top browns.
Remove, let cool a bit, and serve.

Easy huh?  Delicious too!  That's mine from last night!

Love it! I am going to try it but with Peaches in Natural Juice! Less sweet and less fat! :) LOL

Made this for the kids last night, topped with vanilla ice cream... they ate every bit of it! Thanks for such an easy, and well received recipe!!
