Recipe: Pizza Mini-Subs PERFECT FOR KIDS!

So, one day I was trying to come up with something quick and easy for the kiddos for lunch, and Pizza Mini-subs were born. It's super easy and the kids like them so much that now I purchase the supplies for them for those days when we need something for lunch in a hurry!

Pizza Mini-Subs

Ingredients:

Hot Dog Buns
Cheese (shredded or sliced)

pepperoni

pizza sauce

Directions:

Place opened hot dog buns on Cookie Sheet.

Cover 1/2 of it with Pepperonis.
Drizzle Pizza Sauce over the pepperonis
Place cheese on top of pizza sauce.
Place in oven on "BROIL". Once it starts to brown, remove, let cool, enjoy.
