Giveaway Policies

Policies in regards to entrants:

* Giveaways are open to readers 18 years and older.  You must reside within the United States (unless otherwise noted).  Please be aware of your state laws and do not enter if you are not eligible to win within your state of residence.

*Please make sure you complete the giveaway correctly.  If the mandatory entry is not completed, prior to the "bonus" entries, you may forfeit your prize.

*Giveaway Deadlines are posted on each giveaway.  Unless otherwise noted, all giveaways on Semmes Savers stop accepting entrants at 11:59pm CST.

*All giveaways are selected by a random number generator, found at random.org, unless otherwise noted.

*All entrants should make sure to add SemmesSavers@gmail.com to their safe senders list.  If you are selected as winner, you will receive an email from me stating such.  Unless otherwise stated, you will have 48 hours to respond to said email, or your prize will be FORFEITED and a new winner will be selected.  In situations where a first winner does not respond, the time frame for the second, or third (etc) chance recipients may vary due to time constraints and the need to supply winner's info to the sponsor.

*Winner must provide a valid mailing address to receive their prize.  (Note: In some/most instances, this excludes a p.o. box)

Policies in regards to sponsors:
Please note that in most instances the sponsors are shipping the prizes out to the winners.  Semmes Savers is NOT responsible for sponsors who do not fulfill their obligation.  If you do not receive a prize that you won, please notify me at SemmesSavers@gmail.com ASAP.  I will make every available effort to assist you with any discrepancies on the sponsor's part.  I accept all giveaway opportunities in "good-faith" that the sponsor will follow through with their commitment.  Unfortunately, not all companies will follow through on their commitment though.  There have been many instances lately of sponsors utilizing bloggers for their ability to promote their company/items, and then not honoring the prizes they offered for the giveaway.  If you do not receive a prize within thirty days contact me and I will contact the sponsor and try my best to work this out for all parties involved.
That being said, if a winner falsely reports to me that they did not receive their prize, when they actually did, they will be banned from this site and all related networks/social media pages of this site.  Remember, depending on your state/county/city laws, this could be construed as attempt to defraud and may carry criminal charges, in addition to hurting the giveaways on all bloggers worldwide.  Let's keep it honest here please.
